  3. What is your Wife/husband’s occupation? Example- IT, Accounting, health, science, etc. What does she do? Where she works out of?

  1. As the date of birth of my baby is nearing then there arise two scenarios,
    i) what to do if my baby born before I get 2NL?
    ii) What to do if my baby born after I get 2Nl and ready to schedule for an interview.
    please provide me the answer
    as it’s time for 2NL and my after a couple of weeks my wife has a date for giving birth.

    • Congrats Megh. If your application is pending or your embassy interview date is not set, notify US Immigration with this updated good news. With a birth certificate, your child can immigrate with you.
