Here is another authentic Nepali dish recipe. This video will show you how to make delicious stewed Taro Leaves Curry “कर्कला र पिँडालुको स्वादिष्ट तरकारी”. One of my most favorite curry. How about you? Here are the ingredients. Adjust per your dish size.

Karkalo / Taro leaves (कर्कलाको पात): 300 gm | Taro root or Colocasia (पिँडालु)*: 3 pcs | Onion (प्याज): 1 small | Tomato (गोलभेडा): 1 small | Vegetable or mustard oil (तोरीको तेल): 2 and 1/2 tablespoons | Cumin and Coriander Powder (जीरा-धनियाँको धुलो): 2 teaspoons | Green Chili (हरियो खोर्सानी): 4 pcs | Garlic (लसुन): 4 chopped | Salt (नुन) to taste, 1 teaspoon | Turmeric Powder (बेसार): 1/2 teaspoon | Fenugreek Seed (मेथीको गेडा): 1 teaspoon | Cilantro / fresh coriander (हरियो धनियाँ): 1 small bunch or 3 tablespoon (chopped)
