Authentic Nepali Tomato Chutney “Golbheda Ko Achar: गोलभेडा र टिम्मुरको अचार-चटनी” | Ep. 3

This video will show you how to make authentic Nepali style tomato pickle, also known as “achar – अचार” or “chutney – चटनी” in Nepal.

You will fall in love with this hot and spicy recipe. It is quick and easy to make and requires only four ingredients.

This goes very well with roti naan “रोटी र नान”, cooked rice “भात”, momos (dumpling) “मोमो”, samosas “समोसा”, pakoda “पकोड़ा”, spread in sandwiches and wraps, noodles “चाउचाउ”, as a dip with finger food, pizza sauce, and more.

I frequently make this chutney to eat with cooked white rice and lentils “दाल र भात”.  It literally enhances the taste and experience of that meal (generally my dinner) by many times.
