Sausage (hot dog) has gained a lot of popularity among Nepali in last several years. It is now readily available in and around Kathmandu valley. Unlike Western markets, Nepali Sausage are generally made from Chickens and Buffalo meats. If cooked right, Sausage recipes are very delicious and perfect as a snack, lunch, or dinner.
