Khasi Ko Bhutan “खसीको भुटन कसरी बनाउने?”: Fried Goat Liver and Stomach Recipe

Dashain is here. Today I will share popular Dashain recipe Super Tasty Khashi Ko Bhutan “खसीको भुटुन” (Fried Goat Liver and Stomach). It is considered one of the most premier meat dish during Dashain and is very popular among Nepalese due to its unique taste and Masala flavor.
Ingredients for Nepali Goat Meat – Dashain Festival Special:
  1. Meat- 1 kg/2.2 lb
  2. Stomach & Intestine “आन्द्रा-भुँडी”: 500 g/1.10 lb
  3. Remaining Meat: 500 g/1.10 lb

For boiling,
Garam Masala Powder –  Garama Masala Ko Dhulo “गरम मसलाको धुलो” : 1/2 teaspoon

Frying,
  1. Mustard Oil – Tori Ko Tel “तोरीको तेल”: 1/4 cup or 60ml
  2. Chopped Onion – Masino Pareko Pyaj “मसिनो पारेको हरियो प्याज”: 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped Coriander aka Cilantro – Hariyo Dhaniya “हरियो धनियाँ” : 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic Paste – Lasun Ko Ledo “लसुनको लेदो”: 1 tablespoon
  5. Ginger Paste – Aduwa ko Ledo “अदुवाको लेदो”: 1 tablespoon
  6. Cumin and Coriander Powder – Jira Dhaniya Ko Dhulo “जीरा- धनियाँको धुलो” : 1 tablespoon
  7. Meat Masala “मीट मसला”: 1/2 tablespoon …. PAHELO?
  8. Salt – Noon “नून”: 1 and 1/2 teaspoon or per your taste
  9. Turmeric Powder (बेसार): 1 teaspoon
  10. Fried Red Dry Chili Paste – Rato Khorsani Ko Ledo “रातो खोर्सानीको लेदो”: 1 tablespoon
