Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसलाको धुलो): 1/2 teaspoon
Sichuan Pepper (टिम्मुर)
Turmeric Powder (बेसार)
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी रातो खोर्सानीको धुलो): 1 teaspoon
